1. Who we are
Visioant is a full-stack SEO workspace operated as a software service. Questions about these terms: Contact.
2. The Service
Visioant provides agent tools, Content Wizard jobs, Report Canvas, Labs, flows, browser mode, and related integrations (for example OpenRouter, DataForSEO, Google APIs). Features may change as we improve the product. Beta or invite-only access may be limited, rate-limited, or withdrawn.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and seats you invite. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans and wallet top-ups are billed through Stripe in the currency shown at checkout (currently EUR for published plans). Subscription renewals continue until cancelled. Wallet / credit balances are for metered provider usage inside Visioant and are not cash refunds except where required by law or where we agree in writing. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, abuse third-party APIs, scrape or attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or security controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Your content and data
You retain rights to content you upload or generate for your clients. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service (including backups and support). Do not upload data you are not allowed to process. See also our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
Parts of Visioant call third parties (model providers, SEO data APIs, Google OAuth products, payment processors). Their terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at those providers, though we try to surface failures clearly in the product.
8. Intellectual property
Visioant software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), or resell the Service as your own platform without a written agreement.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” SEO, GEO, and AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or making business decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific model quality.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visioant and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel paid subscriptions via your billing flow or by contacting us. We may suspend or end access for breach, abuse, non-payment, or operational necessity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period unless law requires longer storage.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
For legal or billing questions, use Contact and choose the closest topic.
These terms are a practical starting framework for Visioant’s closed beta and public launch. They are not a substitute for tailored legal advice.
